摘要
风电齿轮齿向螺旋角修形方式主流的有对称修形、平行修形和完全不对称修形等3种方式。文中讨论并对比了比较常用的对称修形和平行修形的差异及优劣,平行修形的螺旋角制造技术,最后以某2 MW风电齿轮箱为例展示了对称修形和平行修形在高速级上的应用及齿面啮合情况分析。
There are three mainstream methods for wind turbine gear tooth spiral angle modification:symmetric modification,parallel modification and completely asymmetric modification.This article mainly discusses and compares the difference and pros and cons of the more commonly used symmetrical modification and parallel modification,the spiral angle manufacturing technology of parallel modification.Taking a 2 MW wind turbine gearbox as an example,the application of symmetrical modification and parallel modification in the high-speed stage and the analysis of tooth surface meshing are demonstrated.
