摘要
介绍了一种双向大跨距平移海洋修井机配管系统的关键技术:开排系统采用多级过滤防逆回地漏,流通性好、不易堵塞、方便清理;环形保温南北拖链的配套满足了修井机大跨距作业需求,保证了冬季液体良好的流动性;最后介绍了配管系统设计过程中需注意的管线间距及逃生通道避让技术,有助于减少返工,缩短建造周期,降低施工成本。
This paper introduces key technology of a bi-directional and long-span translational offshore workover rig piping system.The open drainage system uses multi-level filtration floor drain to prevent backflow which has good liquidity,is not easy to block,and is easy to clean.The north-south circular thermal insulation drag chain is set to meet the needs of the workover rig's long-span operation,and ensures the good liquidity of the liquid in winter.Finally,the pipeline spacing and the escape route avoidance technologies during the design process of the piping system are introduced to help to reduce the rework,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.
