摘要
在提出上海市风貌公路概念的基础上,为响应国家“乡村振兴”战略,保留上海市乡村风貌肌理,实现上海市2035年人文之城、生态之城的发展目标,借鉴了美国国家及州风景道的提名和选拔经验,构建了适用于上海郊区江南水乡风貌特征的风貌公路评价指标体系,并以金山区枫泾镇为实践案例,对指标体系的可操作性进行验证,在此基础,上提出保护建议,为上海市郊区风貌公路保护工作的试点与推广探索了路径。
In response to the national strategy of“Rural Revitalization”and to achieve the objectives‘City of Humanities and Ecological’of Shanghai 2035 planning,this paper put forward the definition of scenic highways in Shanghai.A highway scenery evaluation index system was established and applied to the unique water landscape of Shanghai to identify the scenic highways.Using the case of Fenjin Town as a practice,the operability of the system was tested and some advices on how to protect those scenic highways were given.The study has become a good exploration to the promotion of scenic highway protection.
