摘要
2020版疼痛新定义,强调了疼痛是主观的,人们首先须相信患者所诉的疼痛,并坚持疼痛是组织损伤结果的一种表现形式。虽然唯有感觉神经系统能将身体刺激传入大脑,但定义中注释其传入的一些伤害性刺激,如果没有引起脑的不愉快情感时就不应称为疼痛。顾及到不会语言表达的人或动物也会疼痛,定义删除了"描述的类似损伤"中的"描述"一词。医师在疼痛诊疗中沿感觉神经系统寻找责任组织损伤处,可实现对因施治的临床医疗原则。
The new definition of pain(2020 edition)emphasizes that pain is subjective,and we must believe firstly the patients'complaint of pain,and pain is the manifestation of tissue damage.Although only the sensory nervous system can transmit the stimuli from body to the brain,the definition notes that some of these afferent noxious stimuli are not called pain if they do not cause unpleasant feelings in the brain.The new definition removes the word"described"from"described in terms of such damage",because pain can also occur in non-verbal people or animals.Doctors can find the responsible tissue damage along the sensory nervous system in the diagnosis of pain,and treat them accordingly.
