摘要
针对某高速公路隧道工程的围岩条件差、大断面、浅埋等特点,采用数值分析方法,从围岩竖向位移、隧道净空收敛、支护结构内力、围岩塑性区四个角度对该隧道不同开挖施工方法进行模拟分析。分析结果表明:全断面法对该隧道拱顶沉降、地表沉降和拱底隆起值影响较大,且塑性区连贯具有坍塌风险,不能采用全断面法开挖。三台阶法、CD法、双侧壁导坑法均满足规范要求,但CD法、双侧壁导坑法工序复杂、施工效率。因此,确定三台阶法为该隧道工程开挖方法。本文的开挖方案优选可为同类隧道工程施工提供借鉴。
In view of the poor surrounding rock conditions,large cross-section and shallow burial characteristics of a highway tunnel project,numerical analysis method is adopted to simulate and analyze the different excavation construction methods of the tunnel from four angles:vertical displacement of surrounding rock,convergence of tunnel clearance,internal force of supporting structure and plastic zone of surrounding rock.The results show that the full-section method has great influence on the settlement of the arch roof,the settlement of the ground and the uplift value of the arch bottom,and the plastic zone has the risk of collapse,so the full-section method can not be used for excavation.Three-step method,CD method and double-sided guide method all meet the requirements of specifications,but CD method and double-sided guide method have complex procedures and construction efficiency.Therefore,the three-step method is determined as the excavation method of the tunnel project.
