摘要
总结阿魏的化学成分、药理及毒理作用,为日后进一步开发和利用阿魏提供方向。以"阿魏""化学成分""药理""毒理""Ferula assafoetida"等为关键词,组合检索2000—2019年在PubMed、NCBI、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库等数据库中有关阿魏的文献并进行整理和分析。阿魏主要化学成分包括倍半萜类(Sesquiterpens)、挥发油类(Essential oil)、香豆素类(Coumarins)、多硫化合物(Sulfur-containing compounds)等,且该药具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、降糖、降压、保肝、神经保护等作用。阿魏毒理研究处于起步阶段,目前可参考文献较少,尚未发现严重不良反应。对阿魏化学成分、药理作用的研究已取得一定成果,今后应重点加强阿魏活性成分、作用机制,以及毒理方面的研究。
Chemical components,pharmacological activities and toxicity of Resina Ferulae are summarized to provide guidance for further development and utilization of Resina Ferulae in the future.With the words“Resina Ferulae”,“chemical components”,“pharmacology”,“toxicology”and“Ferula assafoetida”,as the keywords,literature related to Resina Ferulae in PubMed,NCBI,CNKI,Wanfang Data and other databases from 2000 to 2019 are sorted and analyzed.The main componets of Resina Ferulae contain sesquiterpens,essential oil,coumarins,sulfur-containing compounds etc,and have several promising activities particularly in anti-inflammatory,immune,anti-tumor,antibacterial,antiviral,antidiabetic,anti-hypertensive,liver preservation,neuroprotection and other effects.The research on toxicology of Resina Ferulae is still at an initial stage.At present,there are few references on Resina Ferulae and no serious adverse reactions have been found.The study on the chemical ingredients and pharmacological effects of Resina Ferulae has achieved some results.The research on active ingredients,mechanisms and toxicology should be strengthened in the future.
