摘要
随着特种行业信息化进程的日益加深,自动化智能化要求不断加强,现有传统的管理方式管理手段已经不能满足特种设备行业日常的办公需求和检验检测业务的开展。本文根据特种设备的行业特点,针对传统的办公系统和业务操作系统的缺陷和不足,提出契合实际的解决思路并最终落实解决方案,最终实现公文流转、检验检测、人员资质、设备状态的全线上统一管理。
With the deepening of the informatization process of special industries,the requirements of automation and intelligence are constantly strengthened.The existing traditional management methods can no longer meet the daily office needs and inspection and detection business of special equipment industry.According to the characteristics of the special equipment industry,in view of the defects and deficiencies of the traditional office system and business operation system,this paper puts forward the practical solution and final implementation of it,and finally realizes the unified management of document circulation,inspection and detection,personnel qualification and equipment status.
