摘要
本试验研究了超声处理时间对Al-2Cu合金凝固过程中组织及熔体除气效果的影响。结果表明:采用功率为2000 W、频率为20 kHz对Al-2Cu合金熔体施加超声处理,可以获得良好的除气效果,使铸锭晶粒细化;当超声处理时间约为90 s时,晶粒细化和除气效果最佳,铸锭断面几乎100%为等轴晶,铸锭密度以及除气率分别达到了2.726 g·m^-3和67%。
The influence of ultrasonic treatment time on the structure and melt degassing effect of Al-2Cu alloy during the solidification process was studied in this test.The result showed that the favorable degassing effect and grain refinement could be achieved after the ultrasonic treatment of Al-2Cu alloy melt at 2000 W and 20 kHz.When the treatment time was about 90 s,both the grain refinement and degassing effects were the best.The ingot section was almost 100%equiaxed.The ingot density and degassing rate reached 2.726 g·cm^-3 and 67%,respectively.
