摘要
目的评价数字化Twin-block矫治器在治疗青少年骨性二类错[牙合]畸形患者中的应用效果。方法选取年龄为9~13岁的20例骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者,佩戴数字化Twin-block矫治器治疗,并对患者治疗前后X线头影测量数据进行比较分析。结果20例患者术后蝶鞍点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点(SNB)、有效下颌长度(Co-Gn)、下颌升支长度(Co-Go)、下颌长度(Go-Gn)和面角(NP-FH)均增大,上齿槽座点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点(ANB)和覆盖(OJ)减小(P均<0.05)。结论数字化Twin-block矫治器可有效改善青少年骨性二类错[牙合]畸形。
Objective Evaluation of the application of digital Twin-block appliance in the treatment of juvenile patients with skeletal typeⅡmalocclusion.Methods Twenty patients with bone typeⅡmalocclusion aged 9-13 years were selected as the research object and treated with digital Twin-block appliance.The cephalometric data before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results In 20 patients,SNB,Co-Gn,Co-Go,Go-Gn and NP-FH all increased,ANB and OJ decreased(P all<0.05).Conclusion Digital twin block appliance can effectively improve skeletal ClassⅡmalocclusion in adolescents.
