摘要
【目的】研究增施硒肥对不同花生品种富硒能力的影响,为富硒花生种植提供指导依据。【方法】通过田间试验,在“桂花26号”“桂花1026号”“桂花黑1号”“贺油12号”“贺油14号”和“贺油15”号共6个花生品种下针期和结荚期进行叶面喷施硒肥,测定其花生农艺性状、收获晒干小区产量、花生籽粒硒含量等。【结果】施硒处理后花生籽硒含量和硒累积量均有所增加,增幅达404%~1584%,并以“贺油12号”和“贺油14号”硒含量最高,分别为0.640mg/kg和0.637mg/kg;花生主茎高、侧枝长、分枝数以“贺油14号”表现最好;“贺油12号”和“贺油14号”的产量显著高于其他品种,分别达到5876.67kg/hm2和5736.67kg/hm2;“贺油12号”“贺油14号”硒利用率表现出较高的水平,分别达10.60%、10.13%。【结论】富硒花生栽培品种建议优先选择种植“贺油12号”和“贺油14号”。
【Objective】To study the selenium enriching capacity of selenium fertilizer on different peanut varieties and provide guidance for planting selenium-rich peanut.【Method】Through field experiments,6 peanut varieties,including Guihua No.26,Guihua No.1026,Guihua Black No.1,Heyou No.12,Heyou No.14 and Heyou No.15 were sprayed with selenium fertilizer on their leaves at the lower needle stage and pod stage to determine their agronomic traits,yield of sun-dried plots and selenium content of peanut seeds.【Result】The selenium content and selenium accumulation of peanut seeds increased by around 404%~1584%after selenium treatment.Varieties Heyou No.12 and Heyou No.14 showed the highest Se concentration at 0.640mg/kg and 0.637mg/kg,respectively.The Se accumulated in the main stem,lateral shoot and branches as best illustrated in variety Heyou No.14.In addition Heyou No.12 and Heyou NO.14 showed the highest yields at 5876.67kg/hm2 and 5736.67kg/hm2,respectively with the 10.60%and10.13%utilization of the Se in the fertilizer.【Conclusion】The results indicate that priority should be given to Hey⁃ou No.12 and Heyou No.14 in the selection of peanut varieties.
