摘要
将松动故障分为结构松动和旋转松动,基于振动波形、频谱和相位,分析火电厂旋转辅机两类松动故障的振动特性,便于故障部位的准确判断。结合两个案例进行了应用分析,治理结果表明,提供的方法简单有效。
The looseness faults are divided into structural looseness and rotary looseness. Based on the vibration waveform, frequency spectrum and phase, the vibration characteristics of two kinds of looseness faults of rotary auxiliary equipment in thermal power plant are analyzed, which is convenient for accurate judgment of fault location. Finally, two cases are applied, and the analysis and governance results show that the proposed method is simple and effective.
