摘要
中职学校数控模具专业旨在为社会培养具有专业知识和技术兼具的操作者。中职学校作为培养数控模具专业人才的摇篮,只有对传统的教学模式进行改革,才能为社会提供具有专业素养的复合型人才。分析可知,学校当前存在师资力量不足、课程设置不合理、实操设备不完善的教学现状,对此,该文提出建设"双师型"教学队伍、改革传统的教学模式、利用信息化手段教学的建议,以期提供参考。
The CNC mold major in vocational schools aims to cultivate operators with both professional knowledge and technology for the society.As a cradle for cultivating CNC mold professionals,secondary vocational schools can only provide professional talents to the society by reforming the traditional teaching model.The analysis shows that the school currently has a shortage of teachers,irrational curriculum,and imperfect practical equipment.The paper proposes the construction of a"dual-teacher"teaching team,the reform of the traditional teaching model,and the use of information technology to provide suggestions to provide reference.
