摘要
目的观察鼻内镜下外伤性鼻骨骨折复位术经综合护理干预的效果。方法对在我院进行治疗的92例鼻骨骨折患者进行分组研究(每组46例,依据随机分组法),其中观察组经综合护理进行干预,对照组由常规护理方法进行管理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),显著高于对照组的82.61%(38/46),差异具有显著性,P<0.05;干预前,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分相比,差异不显著,P>0.05,经过护理干预后,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有显著性,P<0.05。观察组CF、EF、RF、SF、PF和QL评分均显著优于对照组,差异具有显著性,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜下外伤性鼻骨骨折患者行复位术时通过综合护理干预可显著提升治疗疗效,使患者的心理状态得到改善,进而大大提升其生活质量,应用效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the reduction of traumatic nasal bone fracture under nasal endoscopy.Methods A total of 92 patients with nasal bone fractures treated in our hospital were divided into groups(46 in each group,according to the randomized method).The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing,while the control group was managed by routine nursing methods.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.61%(38/46).There was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05;before the intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between two groups patients,P>0.05.After the nursing intervention,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05;the CF,EF,RF,SF,PF and QL scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusions In patients with traumatic nasal bone fractures under nasal endoscopy,comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the patient's psychological state,and greatly improve their quality of life.
