摘要
吡咯骨架是众多药物、生物活性分子、合成中间体、天然产物的关键母核,可用作乳腺癌抑制剂、抗惊厥药、NK-2受体激动剂等。吡咯衍生物是一类重要的氮杂环化合物,构建该骨架的常用方法可分为Hofmann-Loffler-Freyta反应、Hantzch反应、Paal-Knorr反应等。无金属催化下的双环化反应可构建多样的吡咯骨架,对其进行深入探讨将促进吡咯新合成方法的研究。
The pyrrole skeleton is a key nucleus for many drugs,biologically active molecules,synthetic intermediates,and natural products,which can be used as breast cancer inhibitor,anticonvulsant,NK-2 receptor agonist and so on.Pyrrole derivatives are an important class of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds.Common methods for constructing this skeleton can be divided into Hofmann-Loffler-Freyta reaction,Hantzch reaction,Paal-Knorr reaction,etc.The bicyclization reaction under metal-free catalysis can construct a variety of pyrrole skeletons,and the in-depth discussion of them will promote the research of new methods of pyrrole synthesis.
