摘要
目的观察疼痛管理对髋关节置换患者疼痛评分的影响。方法将2017年1月—2018年12月120例在我院接受治疗的髋关节置换患者纳入研究对象,随机分为例数均为60例的观察组与对照组,分别给予常规护理+疼痛管理与常规护理,对两组患者干预前后疼痛评分(visual simulation score,VAS)、髋关节功能评分(Harris)、生活质量评分(quality of life,QOL)以及患者出院满意度进行综合评价。结果观察组患者干预后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h VAS评分明显降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者Harris评分、QOL评分管理后均提升,优于管理前,组间比较观察组较对照组改善更为显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);统计学检验两组患者出院满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛管理在髋关节置换患者中的应用,能够缓解患者疼痛程度,改善髋关节功能,提高患者生活质量,且提高患者的护理干预满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of pain management on pain score in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods 120 patients with hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases.They were given routine nursing+pain management and routine nursing respectively.visual simulation score(VAS),hip joint function score(Harris)and quality of life(QOL)of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and patients’satisfaction with discharge were evaluated.Results In the observation group,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h after intervention the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;Harris score and QOL score of the patients were improved after management,which was better than that before the management,and the improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;the difference of discharge satisfaction between the two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain management in hip replacement patients can relieve pain,improve hip function and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
