摘要
目的在对消化内镜微创治疗患者进行护理的过程中,分析全程舒适护理的临床效果。方法随机选择我院2018年9月—2019年8月接诊的消化内镜微创治疗患者82例为临床观察对象,以随机数字表法将患者平均分成两组,观察组患者采用全程舒适护理方式进行护理,对照组患者采用常规方式进行护理,分析两组患者的临床护理效果。结果研究显示,通过对两组患者接受护理前后的SDS、SAS进行评分发现,两组患者在接受护理之前,SDS与SAS评分无明显差异,接受护理之后,两组患者的评分均有所下降,但是,对照组患者的评分整体上要高于观察组患者的评分(P<0.05)。结论在对接受消化内镜微创治疗的患者进行护理的过程中,相比于常规的护理方式,全程舒适护理方式具有更好的临床效果,更有利于提升患者对治疗活动的依存度,非常值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of full-course comfortable nursing in the course of nursing the patients with microinvasive treatment of digestive endoscope.Methods 82 patients were randomly selected from our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 for clinical observation,they were divided into two groups used random number table method,and the patients in the observation group were treated with a full-course comfortable nursing method,and the patients in the control group were treated by routine method.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The results showed that the scores of SDS and SAS before and after the treatment of two groups of patients showed no significant difference between the SDS and the SAS before they were treated.The scores for both groups decreased after receiving care,but the scores in the control group were higher in overall than in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of nursing the patients receiving the micro-invasive treatment of the digestive endoscope,the whole-course comfortable nursing method has a better clinical effect compared with the conventional nursing mode,and is more beneficial to the improvement of the smoothness of the patients on the treatment activity,and is of great value to be popularized in clinic.
