摘要
目的:观察良性前列腺增生患者围手术期护理中亲情护理服务的应用价值。方法:选取某院2018年3月~2020年3月所收治的良性前列腺增生患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予亲情护理服务,对比两组护理效果和护理满意度。结果:实验组护理效果以及护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:良性前列腺增生患者围手术期护理中实施亲情护理服务,能够有效提高患者护理满意度及舒适度,改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To observe the application value of family service in the perioperative nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to a hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the experimental group was given family care service.The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of family service in the perioperative nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and comfort,and improve the quality of sleep.
