摘要
高等职业院校良好的学风建设能够很好地促进高等职业院校教学质量的提升。构建科学绩效评价体系,能够促进学风建设,营造良好学习氛围,端正学生学习态度,帮助学生成才,助推学校和学生的长远发展。
The construction of favorable academic atmosphere in higher vocational colleges can promote the improvement of teaching quality.The establishment of scientific performance evaluation system can promote the construction of learning style,create a favorable learning atmosphere,correct students’learning attitude,help students become talents and boost the long-term development of the school and students.
