摘要
2015年5月5日临城县出现短时强降雨,伴有雷暴、冰雹、大风等强对流天气。在这次强对流天气过程中,临城县气象局及时发布预报、预警信息,监测、服务到位,抓住有利时机进行防雹作业,防灾救灾效果显著,政府及社会对气象服务给予了充分肯定。文章通过调研分析强对流过程中预报预警、应急决策、信息发布等主要环节的工作及效果,总结此次过程气象服务经验教训,为重大气象事件气象服务工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。
On May 5,2015,there was a short-term heavy rainfall in Lincheng County,accompanied by thunderstorm,hail,gale and other severe convective weather.The Meteorological Bureau of Lincheng County timely released the forecast and early warning information,monitored and served in place,seized the favorable opportunity to carry out hail prevention and relief work,and the government and society fully affirmed the meteorological service.Based on the investigation and analysis of the work and effect of major links such as forecast and early warning,emergency decision-making and information release in the process of severe convection,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons of this process meteorological service,and provides certain reference and reference for the meteorological service workers of major meteorological events.
