摘要
某公司电炉短流程炼钢采用高铁水比不通电冶炼,产品主要为连铸圆管坯、钢锭等多种形式铸坯,通过对顾客使用过程中的缺陷坯料进行成分、金相、扫描电镜、能谱分析、大样电解后发现,产生缺陷的主要原因是MnS、铝酸钙以及簇状的Al2O3等夹杂物。采用复合吹炼强化熔池搅拌有效控制终点钢液氧含量;电炉出钢过程连续喷粉脱氧,减少钢中大型夹杂物;利用精炼渣系优化,促进夹杂物上浮吸附;优化中间包渣系,改进保护浇注,抑制钢液二次氧化,有效提高了钢水纯净度。
A company’s electric furnace short-process steelmaking uses high-water-to-water ratio non-electric smelting. The products are mainly continuous casting round tube billets,steel ingots and other forms of cast billets. The main causes of the defects in the process of steel-making,such as molten aluminum,molten aluminum,etc.,were analyzed by metallographic scanning electron microscope( SEM). The results show that the oxygen content of liquid steel can be effectively controlled by using compound blowing to strengthen bath stirring;continuous powder spraying deoxidization during tapping process of EAF to reduce large inclusions in steel;refining slag system optimization is used to promote inclusion floating and adsorption;tundish slag system is optimized,protective pouring is improved,secondary oxidation of molten steel is restrained,and the purity of molten steel is effectively improved.
