摘要
冲击回波法具有激振能量大、操作简单、频率低能穿透钢筋等特点,可应用于大坝面板钢筋混凝土质量检测。本文详细介绍了冲击回波法的产生机理、传播过程、数据处理方法,利用多个不同缺陷类型的实际模型对比分析检测结果的特性,并成功应用于龙背湾水电站面板混凝土质量及脱空情况检测项目,为指导大坝安全运行和缺陷修复处理提供了可靠的数据支撑,可以为同类工程提供借鉴。
Impact-echo method has the characteristics of large excitation energy,simple operation and low frequency which can penetrate steel bars,and it can be applied to the quality detection of reinforced concrete of dam slabs.This paper has introduced the production mechanism,propagation process,data processing method in detail by using multiple practical models of different defect types to compare and analyze the characteristics of detection results,and successfully applied them to the concrete quality and void detection project of Longbeiwan hydropower station,which provide reliable data support for guiding dam safety operation and defect repair processing and reference for similar projects.
