摘要
为研究牵引电机的可靠性,深入分析时速250 km中国标准动车组牵引电机的结构及控制逻辑,提出牵引电机在设计阶段的可靠性建模方法.基于相似产品法对牵引电机及其关键零部件进行可靠性预计,建立基本可靠性模型,计算整机故障率;依据整车控制逻辑及用户对故障定义分类,建立任务可靠性模型,评估可靠性是否满足用户要求;采用齐次泊松分布法评估满足可靠性要求的置信度.评估结果表明:动车组牵引电机满足用户可靠性目标要求,且置信度在99%以上,采用文中方法对牵引电机进行可靠性建模及评估具有指导意义.
In order to study the reliability of traction motor,the structure and control logic of the traction motor of 250 km/h EMU are deeply analyzed,and the reliability modeling method of the traction motor in design stage is proposed.Based on the similar product method,the reliability of the traction motor and its key parts is predicted,the basic reliability model is established,and the failure rate of the whole machine is calculated.According to the vehicle control logic and the user fault definition and classification,the task reliability model is established to evaluate whether the reliability can meet the user requirements.The homogeneous Poisson distribution method is used to evaluate the confidence degree meeting the reliability requirements.The evaluation results show that the traction motor of the EMU meets the requirements of user reliability target,and the reliability is above 99%.Thus,it is instructive to use the method in reliability modeling and evaluation of the traction motor.
