摘要
分析兰州市农村建设用地利用现状,测算兰州市农村建设用地整治潜力并对潜力进行评价,以期为兰州市农村居民点整治及建设用地增减挂钩,缓解兰州市用地矛盾提供依据。以兰州市县区为单位,通过人均建设用地标准法测算农村建设用地理论潜力,构建农村建设用地评价指标体系,进一步得到限制性修正系数,对通过计算得到农村建设用地理论潜力进行修正,得到现实潜力,结合兰州市农村用地现状得到新增耕地系数,以此为依据进行潜力分级。兰州市农村建设用地整治可现实潜力为4927.37 hm~2,其中永登县现实潜力最大,为2143.74 hm~2,城关区的可实现潜力为负值。兰州市农村居民点相对较多,各区县整治的潜力差异较大,个别县在研究期内存在很大的人地矛盾,应结合整治潜力区的级别科学制定整治方向,最终实现农村建设用地的高效利用。
This paper analyzes the current situation of land use for rural construction in Lanzhou,calculates the potential of land use for rural construction in Lanzhou and evaluates the potential,so as to provide a basis for the improvement of rural residential areas and the link between the increase and decrease of land use in Lanzhou and the alleviation of land use contradiction in Lanzhou.In Lanzhou City county as the unit,through the standard method of measurement theory of rural construction land per capita construction land potential,build the evaluation index system of rural land for construction purposes,has been further restricted correction coefficient,the theory of rural construction land potential is obtained by calculation,get the real potential,together with the present situation of Lanzhou City rural land to get new coefficient of cultivated land based on potential classification.The realizable potential of the renovation of rural construction land in Lanzhou is 4927.37 hm~2,among which Yongdeng County has the largest realizable potential,which is 2143.74 hm~2,and the realizable potential of chengguan district is negative.There are relatively many rural residential areas in Lanzhou,and the potential of renovation varies greatly among districts and counties.Some counties have great contradiction between human and land during the study period.Therefore,the renovation direction should be scientifically formulated in combination with the level of renovation potential area,so as to realize the efficient utilization of rural construction land.
