摘要
何满潮院士团队提出基于"切顶短壁梁"理论的110&N00开采工法(1个工作面需要掘进1条巷道,留设0个煤柱,以及N个工作面0巷道掘进0煤柱留设的开采工法)用于指导我国煤矿的新型无煤柱开拓开采。基于此,根据我国煤炭开采技术的发展历程,探讨110&N00开采工法的现状和发展趋势,将其划分为5个阶段,并对各个阶段的开拓进行构想,同时指出各个阶段工法应用的条件。虽然各阶段工法的应用范畴有限,但并不影响110&N00开采工法在具体应用中体现出的顶板易控制、劳动定员少、资源回收率高的优点。研究结果表明,基于"切顶短壁梁理论"的110&N00开采工法能够最大程度支撑煤矿的智能化发展,是我国煤矿智能化高质量发展的重要方向之一。
The theory of roof cutting shortwall beam proposed by academician HE Manchao is used to guide the China's coal mines.and then"one working face need one roadway with none coal pillars retained"and"N working faces need zero roadway and zero coal pillar"means 110&N00 method are followed.Based on this,the paper reviewed the development process of coal mining technology in China,discussed the current situation and development trend of 110&N00 method,divided it into five stages,and pointed out the application conditions of each stage.The analysis showed that although the application scope in each stage is limited,it does not affect the advantages of the 110&N00 method,such as roof control,less labor quota and high resource recovery rate.The results showed that the 110&N00 method can support the intelligent development of coal mines to the greatest extent,which is one of the important directions of the intelligent high-quality development of coal mines in China.
