摘要
壳聚糖来源于甲壳类动物,是一种生物相容性优良的天然碱性多糖,壳聚糖为基础物质的复合水凝胶广泛应用于生物医药等领域.本文以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)、多巴胺(DA)、丙烯酰胺(AAm)为主要原料,合成制备了CMCS⁃PDA/PAAm复合凝胶.研究了材料对橡胶、塑料、金属、玻璃、皮肤等的粘附性能.结果表明,凝胶对环氧树脂塑料的粘结力最大,粘附强度达140 N/m,对猪皮等生物基质也具有很好的粘结性能,粘附强度可达107 N/m.此外,CMCS⁃PDA/PAAm复合凝胶具有拉伸和压缩形变的性能、可观的流变性能以及抗溶血性能,最大溶血率为2.15%,低于国内外溶血率(<5%)标准.该凝胶在生物医学、组织工程和其他粘结领域具有很大的应用潜力.
Chitosan,as a natural alkaline polysaccharide,derived from the exoskeleton of crustaceans,has excellent biocompatibility.Chitosan is often used as the basic substance to prepare the composite hydrogel and has been widely used in research in the field of biological medicine,etc.In this paper,a chitosan⁃polydopamine/polyacrylamide(CMCS⁃PDA/PAAm)composite hydrogel was prepared by using carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS),dopamine(DA),and acrylamide(AAm)as raw materials.The CMCS⁃PDA/PAAm hydrogel has excellent adhesion to rubber,plastic,metal,glass,skin and other materials.The hydrogel adhesion can withstand repeated Stripping⁃adhesion cycle.Among the materials tested,the adhesive force of the hydrogel to epoxy resin plastic was thelargest,and the adhesive strength was 140 N/m.It also has good adhesive property to pigskin and other biological substrates,with adhesive strength up to 107 N/m.In addition,CMCS⁃PDA/PAAm composite hydrogel has good tensileandcompressiondeformation properties,considerable rheological properties and also has good anti⁃hemolysis performance,with the maximum hemolysis rate of 2.15%,which is lower than the standard of hemolysis rate(<5%).Therefore,the CMCS⁃PDA/PAAm composite hydrogel has great application potential in biomedical,tissue engineering and other adhesive fields.
