摘要
采购作为国有企业整体运行发展中的一项重要的工作内容,重视国企采购管理上的创新对于企业长久发展而言意义重大且影响深远。新时代下高新技术的发展催生了电子商务技术的产生和应用,这为国有企业采购管理方面的创新带来重大的变革,引发了深刻的思考。因此,本文在此背景下,通过查阅借鉴相关文献,以及结合实际情况和自身的思考,分析了国有企业采购管理目前普遍存在的问题,并且针对性地提出加强国有企业采购管理创新的路径。
As an important work content in the overall operation and development of state-owned enterprises,it is of great signif icance and far-reaching inf luence to attach importance to the innovation of procurement management of state-owned enterprises for the long-term development of enterprises.In the new era,the development of high and new technology has given birth to the emergence and application of e-commerce technology,which has brought great changes to the innovation of procurement management of state-owned enterprises and triggered profound thinking.Therefore,in this context,by consulting relevant literature,combined with the actual situation and their own thinking,this paper analyzes the existing problems of state-owned enterprise procurement management,and puts forward the path to strengthen the innovation of state-owned enterprise procurement management.
