摘要
目的探讨围术期心理护理在择期手术患者快速康复中的应用价值。方法随机选择该院2018年2月—2019年1月100例择期手术患者,数字表法分组,对照组护理中应用常规护理,试验组则除了常规护理,关注患者围术期心理状态并实施针对性心理疏导。比较两组满意率、对择期手术的认知、自我效能;护理前后心理健康评分情况;择期手术围术期并发症率。结果试验组满意值96.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.061,P<0.05);试验组对择期手术的认知、自我效能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组心理健康评分情况接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后试验组心理健康评分情况的改善幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对择期手术的认知、自我效能更好,试验组分别是(96.22±1.47)分、(95.11±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=38.401、20.287,P<0.05)。结论择期手术者实施围术期心理护理效果好,可改善心理健康评分情况,减少择期手术围术期并发症率。
Objective To explore the application value of perioperative psychological nursing in the rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing elective surgery.Methods Random selection 100 patients with elective surgery in the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected,grouped by digital tables,and routine care was used in the control group.In the test group,in addition to conventional care,the perioperative mental state of the patients was followed and targeted.Sexual psychological counseling.Satisfactory rate were compared between the two groups;cognition and self-efficacy of elective surgery;mental health scores before and after nursing;perioperative complications rate of elective surgery.Results The satisfaction rate of the test group is 96.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.061,P<0.05);the test group’s cognition and self-efficacy of elective surgery are better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the mental health scores of the two groups before nursing are similar,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the mental health score of the experimental group improved even more,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group had better cognition and self-efficacy for elective surgery,the test group were(96.22±1.49)points,(95.11±3.62)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=38.401,20.287,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative psychological nursing for elective surgery is good,it can improve the mental health score and reduce the perioperative complications rate of elective surgery.
