摘要
目的探讨多奈哌齐联合美金刚治疗老年痴呆合并帕金森的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月该院收治86例老年痴呆合并帕金森患者进行分组研究,对照组应用多奈哌齐治疗,实验组应用多奈哌齐联合美金刚治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、总体状况、精神状态、生活能力、认知功能和不良反应发生率差异。结果实验组总有效率95.35%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.693,P<0.05);治疗后实验组UP-DRS(20.52±3.25)分明显低于对照组,MMSE(28.99±3.46)分显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.583、3.249,P<0.05);治疗后实验组ADL(75.69±6.72)分、MoCA(27.59±3.26)分较对照组均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.772、5.029,P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率11.63%较对照组差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.671,P>0.05)。结论针对老年痴呆合并帕金森患者应用多奈哌齐联合美金刚疗效显著,改善患者认知功能、行为功能,提高生活能力,不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of donepezil combined with memantine in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease with Parkinson.Methods Selected 86 patients with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 for group study.The control group was treated with donepezil,and the experimental group was treated with donepezil combined with memantine.Observed and compared the treatments of the two groups dDifferences in effect,general condition,mental state,living ability,cognitive function and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.35%was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.693,P<0.05);after treatment,the UP-DRS(20.52±3.25)points of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,MMSE(28.99±3.46)points,significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.583,3.249,P<0.05);after treatment,the ADL(75.69±6.72)points and MoCA(27.59±3.26)points of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.772,5.029,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of 11.63%in the experimental group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(χ^2=0.671,P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease,the use of donepezil combined with memantine has a significant effect,which can improve patients'cognitive function,behavioral function,life ability,and incidence of adverse reactions.
