摘要
调查研究表明,我国在电力输配和能源消费项目建设方面存在诸多问题,对电网安全运行和能源企业的正常发展有一定影响。目前,直接影响企业和用户能源消费安全稳定的能源项目越来越多,电力和用电工程在社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,因此,有必要支持输配电技术朝着标准化方向发展。本文简要分析了我国输配电标准化和工程能耗标准化的现状和发展。
The investigation shows that there are many problems in the construction of power transmission and distribution and energy consumption projects in China,which have a certain impact on the safe operation of power grid and the normal development of energy enterprises.At present,there are more and more energy projects that directly af fect the safety and stability of energ y consumption of enterprises and users,and electric power and power consumption projects play an increasingly important role in social development.Therefore,it is necessary to support the development of transmission and distribution technology towards standardization.This paper brief ly analyzes the current situation and development of transmission and distribution standardization and engineering energy consumption standardization in China.
