针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果分析

摘要 目的分析评价糖尿病周围神经病变患者采取针灸方法治疗的临床效果。方法 2018年2月—2019年1月该次将该院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例纳入研究,按随机数字表法分成两组,其中对照组50例采取常规西医方法治疗,观察组50例给予中医针灸方法医治,然后比较两组治疗效果。结果 (1)在治疗总有效率方面,观察组96.00%和对照组的72.00%比较显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在左胫神经MCV、SCV传导速度,右胫神经MCV、SCV传导速度上,两组治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均明显要比对照组快,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者给予中医针灸医治疗效显著。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods This time,100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in the hospital were included in the study from February 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,50 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,and then the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,96.00%in the observation group and 72.00%in the control group were significantly higher(P<0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference between the MCV and SCV conduction velocities of the left tibial nerve and the MCV and SCV conduction velocities of the right tibial nerve before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was significantly faster than the control group.The data between the two groups are statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can be treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion.
