鲁中地区男性尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒基因亚型检测的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析鲁中地区男性尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)亚型的分布情况。方法选取2014年1月-2019年12月30日送检至山东省立第三医院的尖锐湿疣患者皮损组织标本,采用聚合酶链反应-反向斑点杂交技术(PCR-RDB)进行23种HPV亚型检测,对521例HPV检测阳性者进行亚型分析。结果521例HPV检测阳性者中病毒亚型位前5的依次为HPV6(20.47%)、HPV11(17.44%)、HPV16(6.35%)、HPV52(6.35%)和HPV43(5.50%),其中单一感染占46.83%,多种感染占53.16%,在多种感染中,高低危HPV混合感染比例最高(42.03%)。年龄组分布中则以21〜30岁感染HPV的比例最高(38.96%)。结论鲁中地区男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染主要以HPV6、11、16和52型为主,多发于21〜30岁男性,多种HPV亚型混合感染较单一型感染比例高,其中以高低危型混合感染常见。 Objective To analyze the distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV)genotypes in male patients with condyloma acuminatum in the central area of Shandong Province.Methods Reverse blot hybridization technique was used to detect 23 HPV genotypes in 521 male skin lesions of condyloma acuminatum.Results For the genotypes of HPV in the 521 HPV positive male patients,the top five were HPV6(20.47%),HPV11(17.44%),HPV16(6.35%),HPV52(6.35%)and HPV43(5.50%),among which,single infection accounted for 43.12%,multiple infection accounted for 53.16%,and among multiple infection,the high and low risk HPV mixed infection rate was the highest(42.03%).For the age distribution,the proportion of HPV infection in 21-30 years old was the highest(38.96%).Conclusions HPV infection in male patients with condyloma acuminatum in the central area of Shandong Province was mainly of HPV6,11,16 and 52 genotypes,mostly in men aged 21-30 years.The proportion of mixed infection of multiple HPV genotypes was higher than that of single subtype,among which the mixed infection of high and low risk genotypes was common.
