摘要
目的观察瑞舒伐他汀的药理作用,评估其抗动脉粥样硬化的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月-2018年5月福建省厦门市海沧医院收治的动脉粥样硬化患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、动脉斑块内—中膜厚度(IMT)及不良反应。结果观察组有效率为94.3%(33/35),高于与对照组的68.6%(24/35)(χ2=7.652,P=0.006);治疗后,2组TC、TG、LDL-C、CRP与动脉斑块IMT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.01);2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P=1.000)。结论瑞舒伐他汀用于抗动脉粥样硬化可有效降低血脂水平,减轻炎性反应,减小颈动脉斑块,提高有效率,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the pharmacological effects of rosuvastatin and evaluate its anti-atherosclerosis clinical effect. Methods 70 patients with atherosclerosis who were admitted to Xiamen Haicang Hospital,Fujian Province from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was combined with rosuvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy,total cholesterol( TC),triacylglycerol( TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),C-reactive protein( CRP),arterial plaque inner-media thickness( IMT) and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group( 94. 3%,33/35) was higher than that of the control group( 68. 6%,24/35)( χ~2= 7. 652,P = 0. 006);After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,CRP and arterial plaque IMT in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than those of control group( P < 0. 01);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( χ~2= 0. 000,P = 1. 000). Conclusion Rosuvastatin used for anti-atherosclerosis can effectively reduce blood lipid levels,reduce inflammatory reactions,reduce carotid plaque,improve efficiency,and it have high safety.
