摘要
常用的串珠法、灌装法等二氧化硅绝缘成型工艺皆因自身的局限性导致产品长度受限制、制造成本高、生产周期长等很多问题。为了推动我国对二氧化硅绝缘射频同轴电缆产品的开发,开发了一种二氧化硅绝缘材料塑性成型工艺。详细介绍了该工艺的基本原理、原材料选择、配方、工艺流程以及应用该工艺制作出的电缆产品的特点。该工艺所需设备成本较低,产品生产周期较短。通过该工艺可以提高二氧化硅绝缘射频同轴电缆的各方面性能及产品合格率,使得二氧化硅绝缘电缆性能满足航空航天、核电领域的要求,增强了我国关键装备元器件自主可控的能力。
Due to their own limitations,the commonly used SiO2 insulation forming processes(bead method and filling method,etc.)lead to many problems such as limited product length,high manufacturing cost,long production cycle and so on.In order to promote the development of SiO2 insulated RF coaxial cable products in China,aplastic forming process of SiO2 insulation material is developed.The basic principle,raw material selection,formula,technological process and the characteristics of the cable products made by this technology are introduced in detail.The equipment cost of this process is low and the production cycle is short.Through this process,all aspects of performance and product qualification rate of SiO2 insulated RF coaxial cable can be improved,so that the performance of SiO2 insulated cable can meet the requirements of aerospace and nuclear power field,and the independent controllable ability of key equipment components in China is enhanced.
