摘要
随着电力电子技术和先进材料技术的飞速发展,逆变器作为主要电力电子设备已广泛应用于工业和国防的各个领域。因此逆变器设备的安全、稳定运行对提高整个电力变换系统的可靠性具有重要的影响。文中基于目前国内外学者对逆变器故障诊断方法的研究,从逆变器类型、故障类型和故障诊断方法 3个层面对现有的逆变器故障诊断方法进行总结,分别介绍每种方法的基本原理,并从应用领域、诊断时间、算法实现难易度、抗干扰性、准确率和数据量需求6个方面对这些方法进行比较与分析;最后对未来逆变器故障诊断技术的研究方向进行展望。
With the rapid development of power electronics and advanced material technologies, inverters as the main power electronics equipment were widely used in various fields of industry and national defense. Therefore, the safe and stable operation of inverters had an important impact on improving the reliability of the whole power conversion system. Based on the research on inverter fault diagnosis methods, this paper summarized existing inverter fault diagnosis methods from three aspects of inverter type, fault type and fault diagnosis methods. The basic principles of different methods were introduced respectively, and the methods were compared and analyzed in terms of application fields, diagnosis time, difficulty of algorithm implementation, anti-interference, accuracy, and data requirements. Finally, the future research direction of inverter fault diagnosis technology was prospected.
