摘要
通过在育苗基质中接种丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)菌剂,研究AMF对黄瓜双断根嫁接苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,接种菌剂后明显提高了黄瓜嫁接苗的茎粗、根长、干质量、鲜质量、根冠比和壮苗指数,控制了植株徒长;通过对POD、MDA、可溶性蛋白质、根系活力等进行测定,表明丛枝菌根真菌可以缩短黄瓜嫁接伤口愈合时间3~5 d、促进生长和壮苗等,壮苗指数提高95.6%,商品苗出售时间提前7~10 d。
Through inoculating Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)in seedling substrate,the effects of AMF on the growth and development of cucumber graft seedlings were studied.Results showed that the stem diameter,root length,dry mass,fresh mass,root-cap ratio and seedling index of cucumber grafted seedlings were significantly increased after inoculation,and the plant height was controlled.Through the determination of POD,MDA,soluble protein and root activity,the results showed that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi could shorten the healing time of grafting wound of cucumber by 3-5 days,and promote the growth and seedling vigor,etc.,and the seedling vigor index increased by 95.6%,and the selling time of commercial seedlings was 7-10 days earlier.
