摘要
当前全国各地正进入国土空间规划编制阶段,而综合发展区划是国土空间规划的关键支撑。研究面向和服务于国土空间规划,遵循地域综合分区的基本原则和在GIS技术辅助下,采用定性和定量相结合的混合方法,开展新疆国土空间综合发展区划研究。构建由3个维度、7个因素和21个指标所构成的"3+7+21"综合发展评价指标体系,提出由2个地域、8个地带、35个片区所组成的"2+8+35"新疆国土空间综合发展区划框架,从多个角度对新疆各区域单元的综合发展定位进行概要阐述。
At present,all parts of China are entering the formulation stage of territorial spatial planning,comprehensive development regionalization is the key support of territorial spatial planning.This research serves for territorial spatial planning,abides by the basic principles of territorial comprehensive regionalization and adopts qualitative and quantitative methods to do research on comprehensive development regionalization of territorial space assisted by GIS technology.This article constructs the"3+7+21"evaluation index system which is composed of 3 dimensions,7 factors and 21 indexes,and puts forwards the"2+8+35"regionalization framework of comprehensive development of Xinjiang territorial space composed of 2 terrains,8 zones and 35 districts.At last,it summarily describes the comprehensive development orientation of every region in Xinjiang from several angles.
