临空巷道煤柱高压水力“割-压”断顶卸压技术研究

摘要 为解决晋华宫煤矿12-2#煤层402盘区8214工作面临空巷道煤柱严重片帮问题,本文提出高压水力“割-压”断顶卸压技术,分析了临空巷道煤柱断顶卸压理论依据和技术优势,根据现场地质以及生产情况设计了施工方案,并在8214工作面2214巷进行现场实践和效果检验。结果表明:对于8214工作面顶板来说,最低割缝压力应大于50 MPa,缝槽最小起裂水压力为10.8 MPa,最小失稳水压力为11.5 MPa。高压水力“割-压”破裂断顶卸压技术可以使煤柱应力环境得到改善,临空巷道应力水平整体降低,锚杆(索)受力大幅度降低,煤柱侧片帮现象得到控制。 In order to solve the problem of serious spalling of coal pillar in 8214 working face of No.12-2 seam in Jinhuagong Coal Mine,this paper puts forward the high-pressure hydraulic“drilling-cutting-pressure”directional roof breaking technology,analyzes the theoretical basis and technical advantages of pressure relief of coal pillar breaking in near-gob-roadway,designs the construction scheme according to the geological conditions and production conditions,and carries out field practice in 2214 roadway of 8214 working face.The results show that:For the roof of 8214 working face,the minimum slotting pressure should be greater than 50MPa,the minimum initiation water pressure of slot is 10.8 MPa,and the minimum instability water pressure should be 11.5MPa.high pressure hydraulic“drilling-cuttingpressure”directional fracture technology can improve the stress environment of coal pillar,reduce the stress level of near-gob-roadway as a whole,greatly reduce the stress of bolt(cable),and coal pillar spalling phenomenon is controlled.
