摘要
针对涡旋压缩机存在吸气过热、绝热效率低、难以提高压缩比等问题,提出非对称型线在涡旋压缩机上的创新应用。根据理论分析,利用圆渐开线特性,将非对称型线涡旋盘应用于涡旋压缩机,并合理设计吸气口位置,使动、定盘型线达到全部啮合。采用非对称圆弧齿端修正解决对称圆弧修正中的不足,更好地兼顾内容积比和齿端强度,运用ANSYS对比分析表面,在气体温度及压力载荷共同作用下,非对称圆弧齿端涡旋在涡旋齿在入口处与心部的结构性能都得到了加强,实验证明,与原有对称型线涡旋盘相比,不但能够减小涡旋盘径向尺寸,还能减少吸气的无效过热损失,提高吸气比容。
Aiming at the problems of scroll compressors that still have suction overheating,low adiabatic efficiency,and difficulty in improving the compression ratio,an innovative application of asymmetrical lines in scroll compressors is proposed.According to the theoretical analysis,the characteristics of circular involutes are used,asymmetrical scroll scrolls are applied to scroll compressors,and the positions of the suction ports are reasonably designed so that the moving fixeddisc profile is fully engaged.The CFD simulation analysis shows that the rated power consumption of the symmetrical line is 3.6%higher than that of the asymmetrical line.Asymmetric arc tooth end correctionis adopted to solve the deficiency of symmetrical arc correction.It considers the internal volume ratio and tooth end strength,uses ANSYS to compare and analyze the surface,under the combined action of gas temperature and pressure load,asymmetric arc tooth.The structure of the end vortex at the entrance of the vortex teeth and the core has been enhanced.Finally,experimental verification has shown that compared with the original symmetrical linear scroll,the experimental data confirm that the design can not only reduce the scroll,the radial size can also reduce the invalid overheating loss of the suction and increase the suction specific volume.Thesedeterminethe performance advantage of the asymmetrical line structure.
