摘要
为解决预应力纤维增强复合材料加固梁式构件的延性明显降低经常不能满足延性指标的问题,提出了基于安全储备指标的FRP抗弯加固RC梁的设计方法。该方法选取适合加固梁式构件的安全储备评价指标,并通过设置预警FRP被提前拉断来解决纤维加固梁式构件破坏前无征兆的问题,为验证设计的公式,进行了6组FRP加固梁的对比模拟分析。模拟结果证明了加固后构件承载力明显提高,变形性能出现明显下降的规律;对比模拟结果与设计公式的计算结果,证明了基于构件安全储备指标的设计方法在RC梁式构件特征荷载计算方面可靠有效、在基于RC梁式构件的安全储备指标的加固设计中,RC梁式加固构件的等效安全储备指标具有足够的富余,说明该设计方法具有一定的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem that the ductility of beams strengthened with prestressed FRP often can not meet the ductility index,this paper proposed a design method of FRP strengthened RC beams based on the safety reserve index.In this method,the safety reserve evaluation index suitable for strengthening beam members is selected firstly,and the problem of no sign before the failure of beam members strengthened with fiber is solved by setting early warning FRP to be pulled in advance.In order to verify the design formula,six groups of FRP strengthened beams were compared and simulated.The simulation results show that the bearing capacity of the strengthened members is improved obviously,and the deformation performance decreased obviously.The comparison between the simulation results and the calculation results of the design formulas shows that the design method based on the safety reserve index of the members is reliable and effective in the calculation of the characteristic load of the RC beam members,and in the reinforcement design based on the safety reserve index of the RC beam members,the equivalent safety reverse index of the RC beam members is sufficient.The result shows that the design method has certain reliability.
