摘要
固体氧化物燃料电池(Solid Oxide Fuel Cell,SOFC)的性能研究逐渐深入,其电极形貌是性能研究的重要基础,运用图像分析方法可以快速直观地获取电极的微观信息。基于图像分析方法对电极形貌进行评估,对获取电极显微量化数据的过程进行了阐述,并对图像获取和处理过程中的常用方法进行了总结,重点阐述了扫描电子显微镜、X射线层析成像和光学显微镜的相关技术以及灰度阈值法图像分割和显微图像的三维重构,最后对未来可能应用于图像分析中的方法进行了展望。
Electrode microstructure has an important impact on the performances of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC),while the microscopic information of the electrode can be obtained readily and intuitively by using image analysis method.The processes of evaluating the electrode morphology and obtaining the electrode microscopic quantitative data based on the image analysis are described and the common methods in the process of image acquisition and processing are summarized.The technologies,including scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray tomography,optical microscope,gray threshold image segmentation and three-dimensional reconstruction of electrode are highlighted.Finally,more methods that may be used in image analysis in the future are discussed.
