摘要
目的探究大隐静脉曲张高位结扎加腔内微波消融联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的临床疗效。方法 100例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与联合组,各50例。常规组患者接受常规临床治疗措施,联合组在常规组基础上行大隐静脉高位结扎加腔内微波消融联合泡沫硬化剂治疗。比较两组患者相关临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果联合组术中出血量(21.36±6.54)ml、住院时间(4.39±1.26)d、皮下淤血范围(2.01±1.02)cm、手术时间(50.43±8.67)min及切口疼痛评分(1.19±0.35)分均优于常规组的(75.36±8.69)ml、(9.44±4.01)d、(6.21±0.62)cm、(80.32±9.51)min及(3.27±0.88)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者并发症发生率2.00%显著低于常规组的14.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢静脉曲张患者进行大隐静脉曲张高位结扎加腔内微波消融联合泡沫硬化剂治疗可以显著提升患者的临床治疗效果,并降低患者发生不良事件的几率,具有极高的临床使用推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with intracavity microwave ablation and foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins.Methods A total of 100 patients with lower extremity varicose veins as study subjects were randomly divided into conventional group and combined group,with 50 cases in each group.Conventional group received conventional clinical measure,and combined group received high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with intracavity microwave ablation and foam sclerotherapy.The related clinical indicators and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(21.36±6.54)ml,hospitalization time(4.39±1.26)d,subcutaneous congestion range(2.01±1.02)cm,operation time(50.43±8.67)min and incision pain score(1.19±0.35)points of combined group were better than(75.36±8.69)ml,(9.44±4.01)d,(6.21±0.62)cm,(80.32±9.51)min and(3.27±0.88)points of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of combined group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 14.00%of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High ligation of great saphenous vein combined with intracavity microwave ablation and foam sclerotherapy can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients with lower extremity varicose veins,and lower the incidence of adverse events,which contains high clinical promotion value.
