摘要
小儿外感发热是儿科常见的临床症状。国医大师王烈教授临证60余年,对小儿外感发热的诊断治疗有着丰富的临床经验,并创新性地提出了“无毒不发热,热因毒而起”的学术思想,提倡内治外治相结合。本文旨在阐述本理论的内容以及基于该理论所立治疗疾病之法则及拟方用药,以利于在临床上进一步推广国医大师学术思想和经验。
Exogenous fever in children is a common clinical symptom in pediatrics.Professor Wang Lie,a master of Chinese medicine,has been in clinical practice for more than 60 years and has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous fever in children.And innovatively put forward the academic idea of"no toxicity,no heat,heat is caused by toxicity",and promote the combination of internal and external governance.The purpose of this paper is to elaborate the content of this theory and the principles and proposed prescription drugs for the diseases treated based on this theory,in order to further promote the academic thought and experience of traditional Chinese medicine masters in clinical practice.
