摘要
目的研究七方胃痛颗粒对胃癌实验大鼠的治疗作用。方法 Wistar大鼠220只,模拟改良MNNG+复合造模法建立胃癌大鼠模型155只,随机分为空白对照组、5-FU组、中药组、5-FU组+中药组,每组各38只,剩余备用,分别对各组大鼠进行药物干预。干预期间每天观察各组大鼠的一般情况及死亡情况,并于干预6周、干预12周后两个时段采集各个组大鼠胃组织标本,在HE染色镜下进行病理组织鉴定。结果干预6周、干预12周后,5-FU组、中药组、5-FU组+中药组大鼠一般情况、死亡情况以及病理组织学检查均较空白对照组改善显著(P<0.01),且随着干预时间的延长有明显改善趋势(P<0.05);其中以5-FU组+中药组、中药组作用更加明显(P<0.05)。结论七方胃痛颗粒治疗胃癌实验大鼠疗效确切可靠。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qifang Weitong Granule on the experimental gastric cancer mice.Methods A total of 220 Wistar mice were treated with the modified MNNG + compound method to establish model of gastric cancer,and then they were randomly divided intocontrol group,5-FU group,Chinese herbal group,and 5-FU+Chinese herbal group,38 in each group.The rest were in reserve.All the mice were given different-interventions respectively.During the intervention,the general and death condition of each group can be observed every day.After intervention for 6 and 12 weeks,the gastric specimens were collected.Histopathological identification was carried out by HE dyeing microscopic scope.Results After 6 and 12 weeks of intervention,the general and death condition of mice and the histopathologic examination of 5-FU group,5-FU+Chinese herbal groupand Chinese herbal group improved significantly more than those of the control group(P<0.01).And with the increase ofintervention time,this circumstance was improved significantly(P<0.05).The effects of 5-FU group,5-FU+Chinese herbal group were much better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qifang Weitong Granulehas define and reliable curative effect on experimentalgastric cancer mice.
