摘要
以云南某企业在产的PL-16型生态环保厕所为研究对象,对调试运行期间的出现的问题和效果进行分析研究,总结出现有机型工艺设计上的不足,针对其存在的问题提出了优化工艺,并制作试验机进行运行效果验证。试验机开放使用15周的水质检测结果表明,优化后工艺运行稳定,对BOD5和NH3-N去除效果也明显提高。
The PL-16 eco-environment protection toilet produced by one Yunnan enterprise is taken as the study object,the existing problems and the effect of the toilet during debugging running are analyzed and studied,it is summarized the existing deficiencies in model process design,and according to the deficiencies,the optimized process is proposed,and the operation effect verification for testing machine is carried out:by using for 15 Weeks testing machine,the water quality inspection results show,the process operation after optimization is stable,the removal efficiency of BOD5 and NH3-N is improved obviously.
