柔性钨橡胶对手套箱管线辐射热点的屏蔽效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 核电厂内利用手套箱进行液体和气体的集中采样时,取样管线内充满放射性液体而成为辐射热点。由于手套箱管线结构复杂且内部湿度较高,铅或柔性铅屏蔽会因为氧化而变硬,影响手套箱管线的可操作性;将微米级金属粉末加入硅橡胶基体中,可以形成兼具柔软性和防护效果的新型屏蔽材料,且长时间处于高湿度空气中不会被氧化或变硬。本实验在参考辐射场中对钨橡胶的屏蔽效果进行了模拟和对比,验证了计算方法的可靠性;之后以钨橡胶为屏蔽材料,设计了一种可适用于复杂管道热点的屏蔽装置,并对使用配有不同厚度钨橡胶的屏蔽装置时,人员操作空间内的场所剂量率水平进行了模拟分析,从而给出推荐方案。 When a glove box is used for centralized sampling of liquids and gases in a nuclear power plant,the sampling pipelines filled with radioactive liquid become radiation hotspots.Due to the complicated structure of the glove box pipeline and high internal humidity,the lead or flexible lead shield will be hardened due to oxidation,affecting the operability of the glove box pipeline.Adding micron-level metal powder to the silicone rubber matrix can form a new type of shielding material that takes into account both softness and protective effect,and will not oxidize and harden for a long time in high humidity air.This paper compares the calculated and tested values of the shielding effect of tungsten rubber in the reference radiation field to verify the reliability of the calculation method.In this paper,a shielding device suitable for hotspots in complex pipelines is designed,using tungsten rubber as the shielding material.The effect of different thickness tungsten rubber shielding devices on the dose rate in the personnel operating space is simulated and analyzed,so as to give a recommended plan.
