Through investigation of the mature electricity markets in the U.S.,the paper analyzes and summarizes the market power mitigation measures of regional electricity markets in New York,New England and Midcontinent area,and focuses on the study of reference price setting method,to provide reference for electricity spot market construction authorities in China.
