摘要 海上栈桥受海洋水文条件、气候条件和地质条件的影响,在结构设计、施工工艺和施工工效等方面与内陆的栈桥存在较大差异。现行铁路工程定额的运用在满足海上栈桥的实际需要时有所欠缺,对概预算费用与实际工程成本有一定的影响。差异较大,投资控制难度大。本文以平潭海峡公铁两用大桥的栈桥为例,介绍了海上栈桥的钢管桩插打施工方案和工艺流程,采用现场写实记录法进行人工、材料、机械消耗量的测定以及单项单价分析,探讨海工定额和内河定额的差异性。可为类似工程的造价测算分析提供有效基础数据。 Affected by Marine hydrological,climatic and geological conditions,the marine trestle differs greatly from the inland trestle in structural design,construction technology and construction efficiency.The application of current railway engineering norm and standard is insufficient to meet the actual needs of marine trestle,which has certain influence on the estimated cost and actual project cost,which is big difference and difficult investment control.Taking the trestle of Pingtan Channel Highway and Railway Bridge as an example,this paper introduces the construction scheme and technological process of steel pipe pile driving on the trestle of sea bridge,adopts the method of on-the-spot realistic recording to measure labor,material and machinery consumption as well as single unit price analysis.The difference between the norm and standard of sea work and inland river is discussed,which can provide effective basic data for the cost calculation and analysis of similar projects.
