基于生物力学及本体感觉分析探讨运动控制训练在颈椎病防治中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 颈椎病因其发展周期较长、严重程度不同、治疗时期不同,所采取的治疗方案往往也不尽相同。运动疗法作为颈椎病防治的有效手段,广泛应用于急性症状缓解后的各个时期及术后恢复期的患者,但常因侧重点不同治疗效果往往存在较大差异。运动控制训练是在对患者关节稳定性、本体运动感知能力、姿势控制效果等进行综合评估后针对性地制定的一类以提高神经肌肉控制为主,强化局部稳定肌肉、本体感觉,改善肌肉协同能力的一项主动训练项目。该文主要从生物力学结构及本体感觉方面分析介绍运动控制训练作用于颈椎病的作用原理及其临床应用现状,为其在颈椎病防治中的应用提供相关科学依据。 Due to the long development period,different levels of severity of cervical spondylosis,the treatment programs adopted are often not the same.As an effective means of prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis,exercise therapy is widely applied to patients in various stages after the relief of acute symptoms and postoperative convalescence.Motor control exercise(MCE)is a kind of active training project which is designed to improve the neuromuscular control,enhance the joint stability,proprioception,and improve the muscle coordination ability based on the assessment to neck stability,perceived ability and posture control.This paper mainly introduces the mechanism of MCE on cervical spondylosis from the perspective of biomechanical structure and proprioception and its clinical application status in domestic and abroad,providing relevant scientific basis for its application in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.
