摘要 经过千万年的自然进化,人类形成了以太阳光为基础的生活规律。如果人长期处于恒定单一光色的照明环境下,极易产生烦闷、乏力、嗜睡、情绪低落、抑郁等生理、心理不适,从而导致注意力下降、反应迟缓、失误率增加,严重者还会对专业人员认知功能造成一定的损伤。人工照明应借助智能系统,建立室内空间的光舒适环境,降低工作人员疲劳度,提高工作效率。 After tens of millions of years of natural evolution, humans have formed a law of life based on sunlight. If a person stays in a constant single-color lighting environment for a long period of time, it is easy to produce physical and psychological discomforts such as boredom, fatigue, drowsiness, depression, depression, etc., resulting in decreased attention, slow response and increasing error rate. Professional cognitive function causes certain damage. Artificial lighting shall rely on intelligent systems to establish a light and comfortable environment in the indoor space, which can reduce staff fatigue and improve work efficiency.
