摘要 污水沉降储罐每年都要进行清罐排泥工作,负压排泥器是近年来应用最广泛的排泥专用设备,但负压排泥器吸盘位置固定,因此储罐内仍然存在排泥死角。介绍了一种旋转式负压排泥装置,可增加排泥器吸取面积,同时在沉降罐内产生涡流效应,搅动沉淀泥沙,分离混合液体,提高泥沙泵的工作效率。详细介绍了旋转式负压排泥装置的技术性能、结构特点及工作原理,并给出了其使用与维修方法。 Sewage sedimentation storage tanks must be cleaned and discharged every year.The negative pressure sludge discharge device was the most widely used special equipment for sludge discharge in recent years.However,the position of the suction cup of the negative pressure mud discharging device was fixed,and there was still a dead angle of mud discharging in the storage tank.A rotary negative pressure sludge discharge device was introduced,which could increase the suction area of the sludge discharger,and at the same time produce a vortex effect in the settling tank,agitate the sedimentation of the sediment,separate the mixed liquid,and improve the working efficiency of the sediment pump.The technical performance,structural characteristics and working principle of the rotary negative pressure mud discharge device were introduced in detail,and its use and maintenance methods were given.
